#IMC Presentation Guidelines

  • We only accept PDF, PPTX

    Please upload your presentation (only!) as PDF or PPTX (other formats are not supported)
    (For Animations in General: If possible, use links to an external source; For Animations in PPTX: Videos need to be embedded to work! Only use MP4 encoded with H.264)

  • Upload in time

    Please upload your presentation latest(!) 24h before your session via My#IMC (details below). Otherwise, your presentation might not be included in the session.
    ATTENTION: Due to security regulations, on-site data uploads to the presentation computers are not permitted (via USB flash drive, download portals, etc.).

  • Media Equipment provided

    Only the #IMC equipment (presenter laptop, microphone) can be used for your presentation
    No third party equipment (external laptops, iPads, pointers, USB sticks …) are allowed!

  • 16:9 Format

    Please use the 16:9 format for your presentations
    A specific #IMC PPTX template is available (it’s up to you if you want to use it)

  • File Size Limit 20MB

    The size of your presentation file is limited to 20MB. If you want to include videos that can’t be compressed, please upload the videos in an external player like YouTube and add a link in your presentation that will be opened during your talk.

  • Upload via My#IMC

    Please use your My#IMC to upload your presentation latest 24h(!) before your slot starts.
    An upload button can be found in your submission overview next to each individual abstract.

  • Name of file

    Please name your presentation this way:
    >> imc25_SessionID_firstname_lastname_AbstractID(.pptx, .pdf)

    (example: imc25_FS_3_100_Max_Mustermann_3_1234.pdf)
