Choose the session you want to submit an abstract. Please be assured that similar sessions will either be scheduled consecutively or merged once the abstract submission phase is completed.

Limits: min. 3 words, max. 30 words or 200 characters

The final decision on oral/poster is made by the (Co-)Conveners and will be communicated via your My#IMC dashboard

Please add here your abstract meeting the following requirements:
NO REFERNCES/KEYWORDS/ACKNOWEDGEMENTS IN AN ABSTRACT!
Limits: min 100 words, max 350 words or 2500 characters incl. tabs
Criteria: use only UTF-8 HTML character set, no equations/special characters/coding
Copy/Paste from an external editor is possible but check/reformat your text before submitting (e.g. bullet points, returns, aso)

Terms and Conditions of the Submission of an abstract

These terms and conditions explain the terms on which you may submit a session to the #AGM meeting. Please read these terms carefully before submitting any content: by submitting a proposal, you accept these terms.

  1. Submission
    1. Submitting a proposal is possible from December 5 2024 – January 27 2025 via My#IMC on our website.
    2. Proposals must be submitted in English in accordance with the rules of good scientific practice.
    3. By submitting a proposal the applicant has no legal claim to be accepted.
    4. Each applicant may withdraw the submitted proposal at any time via an informal email to support@agm2025.info.
  2. Criteria of Evaluation
    1. Evaluation will be done by the scientific committee.
    2. The scientific committee may demand for additional documents by the applicant.
  3. Privacy and Cookie Policy
    1. The submission is subjected to the basis of our privacy and cookie policy. A valid version can be found under here.

However, please be assured that similar sessions will either be scheduled consecutively or merged once the abstract submission phase is completed and we have a good basis to reshape the events.
