Abstract

The project objective is to empower 200 local farming households through resilient agro-forestry practices, improving market access, and promoting socio-economic fairness for marginalized communities. Its mission is to achieve this empowerment, by promoting climate-resilient Agroforestry and expanding market opportunities while maintaining a vision of thriving farmers, resilient markets, and comprehensive prosperity. The project’s commitment to increasing local farmers’ income, diversifying market trading, and prioritizing the welfare of marginalized groups is evident. This dedication aims to foster sustainable growth and inclusivity in agricultural communities. Furthermore, recognizing the unique challenges faced by women, indigenous populations, youth, and individuals with disabilities, the project actively involves them in decision-making, skill development, and entrepreneurial activities to address socio-economic disparities.
