These terms and conditions explain the terms on which you may register your child for the #IMC childcare service. Please read these terms carefully before submitting any content: by submitting the request, you accept these terms.
- Data Protection
With my signature, I agree that the personal data I have provided on this registration form may be passed on to the Family Service of the University of Innsbruck and processed by them for the purpose of caring for my child during the #IMC.

- Revocation
You can revoke this consent at any time by sending a written notice via contact form. The revocation of consent does not affect the legality of the processing carried out on the basis of the consent until the revocation.
- Important Information
- Childcare is organized in cooperation with the Family Service of the University of Innsbruck and only suitable and experienced caregivers are employed.
- Children between the ages of 6 months and 10 years are cared for.
- During childcare hours, the parent/guardian must be reachable by phone/message at all times!
- Please allow for a handover and getting-to-know-you time and arrive (especially on the 1st day of care) approx. 15 min. before the start of care.
- Please keep in mind that too long childcare intervals in an unfamiliar environment can be stressful, especially for younger children.
- Please provide your child with a bag/backpack with a change of clothes, slippers, diapers, and a (healthy) snack or baby food (please label everything!).
- Children are covered by accident insurance while in care. Family Service does not assume any liability for the loss of or damage to personal belongings.

- Sick children (and especially children with contagious diseases cannot be cared for. Please inform the event team if your child is ill.
- COVID-19 Restrictions
There are no more Covid-19 restrictions to consider.
