1. Registration must be accompanied by payment. Otherwise, no access is granted.
2. Early registration must be accompanied by payment. Otherwise, it will not be processed and the standard registration rates will be applied.
3. Registrations are for the person acquiring the registration and paying the registration fee. Registrations are non-transferable.
4. Changes to the registration rate selected in the finalized registration form, including received invoice, are only possible for unpaid invoices.

Registration is binding upon confirmation. Payment is due immediately without deduction.

• Until August 31: 50% refund
• Until September 7: 25% refund

The organizers cannot accept liability for personal accident, loss, or damage to private property, which may be incurred as a result of the participation #IMC25. Participants are, therefore, advised to arrange appropriate insurance coverage. This should apply not only to travel but also to cancellation costs.

By registering for and attending #IMC25, participants acknowledge and consent that official representatives of the conference may capture photographs, video recordings, and audio recordings during sessions and events. These recordings may include participants’ contributions and may be used for documentation, promotion, and reporting purposes in both online and printed media.
