The poster exhibition area at #IMC is unique and special, as it is located outdoors and accessible to the public. All posters are protected by a water-repellent protective film placed over them. The exhibition area is located in the SOWI Garden, which is situated in front of the #IMC main campus.

• Poster print: Everyone has to print her/his poster.
• Poster format: DIN A1 portrait (841 mm height × 594 mm width)
  Please note: Posters in DIN A0 or DIN A1 landscape format cannot be mounted.
• Exhibition location: All posters will be displayed in the #IMC Outdoor Poster Exhibition, located in the garden adjacent to the main conference facilities. Posters will be protected against rain with a small roof and when needed, a temporary weather-resistant cover.
• Display duration: Posters can be exhibited for the entire duration of the conference. Mounting begins on Sunday at 15:00 (LT). If you do not wish to take your poster with you after the event, you may leave it in the exhibition area.
• Poster spotlight: Each poster presenter will have a 2-minute on-site presentation slot in front of the poster. No slides or digital presentations are required or permitted for this introduction.
• Bad weather: In case of bad weather (e.g. thunderstorm or heavy rain), you can present your poster digital indoors as a PDF (max. 5 MB). Please upload it to My#IMC at least 24h before your session.
